The cultural décor immediately sets the tone — detailed murals depicting traditional scenes line the walls, while stunning red lanterns hang from the ceiling, casting a warm, festive glow across the room. The ambiance perfectly balances authenticity with comfort. The menu offers a range of traditional Sichuanese dishes. The dumplings, were delightfully plump with a tasty, well-seasoned filling. They arrived steaming hot and perfectly tender. The sizzling cumin lamb was beautifully cooked with just the right char and an aromatic burst of cumin. Each bite was fragrant, juicy, and full of spice. Unfortunately, a few dishes didn’t quite reach the same heights. The spring onion pancake, stir-fried pork belly, and dan dan noodles were all serviceable but unremarkable — competently made but lacking the bold punch and distinctiveness that Sichuan cuisine is known for. However, the evening’s highlight was unquestionably the beef coriander salad. It was absolutely divine — bright, fresh, and packed full of flavour. The tender slices of beef paired perfectly with the crisp coriander and a zesty dressing that made the dish sing. It was the kind of plate you’d happily order again and again. Overall, this restaurant delivers an authentic Sichuan experience with a few real triumphs — particularly the cumin lamb and the unforgettable beef coriander salad — all served in a space that celebrates Chinese artistry and culture. While not every dish dazzled, the atmosphere and standout flavours make it well worth a visit.

What an awesome place for a wonderful meal. Highly recommend. We had a nice variety of meals all served quickly.

10/10 Customer service was lovely. Very efficient service as well. I got the sweet and sour pork and it was the best I had ever had and I am quite the sweet and sour pork connoisseur. The pork was super crispy and the flavours were spot on. My partner got the kung pao chicken which was also tasty. The cucumber added a nice crunchy texture and freshness to it.
